Dohmens program uses medically tailored meals combined with wellness services, education, training and technology to regain and preserve the health of those in Milwaukee. This program will reduce the prevalence of type II diabetes and other lifestyle related diseases in clinically significant ways that will have a lasting, positive impact on the health of the individual and the community. The program is initially focused on type II diabetics for those that are living at or close to the federal poverty level.
