SUBSTANTIAL CONTRACTION STATEMENT: ON JUNE 29, 2020 THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS DETERMINED THAT IT WOULD BE IN THE BEST INTERESTS OF THE ORGANIZATION TO START TO LIQUIDATE ITS ASSETS AND DISTRIBUTE RESULTING CASH TO QUALIFIED PUBLIC CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS AND EVENTUALLY DISSOLVE THE ORGANIZATION. THE BOARD EXPECTS THAT THAT THIS DISSOLUTION WILL BE ACCOMPLISHED OVER A 2-3 YEAR PERIOD. (SEE ATTACHED COPY OF MINUTES OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS REGARDING THE PLAN OF DISSOLUTION)
