THE ORGANIZATION LIQUIDATED ALL INVESTMENTS AND THEN MADE DONATIONS TO VARIOUS CHARITIES. SEE ATTACHED RESOLUTION. THE DISTRIBUTIONS TO OTHER 501C3 ORGANIZATIONS WERE MADE IN NOVEMBER 2022, DECEMBER 2022 AND AUGUST 2023. SEE PART XIV FOR LISTING OF ALL DONATIONS. THE REMAINING CASH IN THE BANK, AFTER FINAL WINDING UP, OPERATING EXPENSES AND TAX FOR THE 990PF WAS COMPLETED, WAS DONATED TO THE NEW TRIER HIGH SCHOOL SCHOLARSHIP FUND ON JANUARY 16, 2024. THE ORGANIZATION FILED FOR DISSOLUTION WITH THE IL SECRETARY OF STATE ON AUGUST 25, 2023.
