IN ADDITION, APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT A HIGH SCHOOL OR COLLEGE TRANSCRIPT OF GRADES. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REGARDING APPLICATION IS AVAILABLE AT WWW.MELLINGER.ORG.
Restrictions SCHOLARSHIP AWARDS SCHOLARSHIPS MADE BY THE MELLINGER FOUNDATION ARE AWARDED DURING THE ANNUAL SCHOLARSHIP COMMITTEE MEETING HELD IN JUNE. A GEOGRAPHIC AREA OF WARREN COUNTY AND THE SURROUNDING 5 COUNTIES IS IN PLACE AND ONLY CANDIDATES FROM THOSE COUNTIES ARE GIVEN CONSIDERATION. THE SCHOLARSHIP COMMITTEE REVIEWS THE APPLICANTS AND AWARDS SCHOLARSHIPS BASED ON THE CRITERIA OF THE FOUNDATION. THE MELLINGER FOUNDATION AWARDS SCHOLARSHIPS TO UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS WHO ATTEND ACCREDITED COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES OR ACCREDITED AND/OR RECOGNIZED VOCATIONAL SCHOOLS WITHIN THE UNITED STATES. THE FOUNDATION CHOOSES SCHOLARSHIP RECIPIENTS PRIMARILY BASED ON ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT AND FINANCIAL NEED.
