THE REASON WAS DUE TO AN UNEXPECTED DEALTH OF THE TREASURER/MANAGER OF THE BOOKS AND RECORDS FOR BENJAMIN F AND EARNESTINE BRUTON FOUNDATION. BECAUSE OF THE UNTIMELY DEATH THERE WAS A DELAY IN OBTAINING ALL RECORDS NECESSARY FOR THE PREPARATION OF THE 990-PF RETURN.
