THE FOLLOWING ASSETS WERE DISTRIBUTED TO THE FIDELITY CHARITABLE FUND - 07/16/2024 Cash $25,000.00 - 07/24/2024 Cash $20,000.00 - 09/12/2024 Cash $19,000.00 - 12/12/2024 Cash $8,019.20 - 12/24/2024 Cash $100.00 - 08/15/2024 Securities - See attached Schedule $4,534,444.98 Additionally, the Final Return for Form 990PF has requested refunds of $1,417. Upon receipt these will be paid to the Fidelity Charitable Fund - Wonderful Foundation The expected date of payment is May 2025.
