During the year ended 12/31/2016, all assets were liquidated to cash and then donated to Qualified 501*(c) (3) Charitable Organizations or local Governmental units. The Illinois Attorney General was called and they advised us that all that was needed was to send them the final year end report with a list of all the entities receiving the assets.See Statement 7 (attached) for the list of charities and governmental units receiving assets and amounts of the donations during the year. After all expenses were paid, the final $26,469 of cash was donated to the Graves Hume Public Library which is a unit of the City of Mendota, Illinois.
