A LETTER OF INTENT MUST BE SUBMITTED 60 DAYS PRIOR TO GRANT APPLICATION DEAD LINE. THE FOUNDATION WILL THEN DECIDE WHETHER THEY WILL REQUEST A GRANT APPLICATION
Restrictions
REQUESTS MUST BE MADE FOR PROGRAMS WHICH DIRECTLY IMPACT YOUTH BETWEEN THE AGES OF 13 - 19, MUST BE MADE BY A 501(C)(3) ORG., CHICAGO METRO REGION, ORG MUST HAVE STRONG COMMUNITY SUPPORT, HAVE MEANINGFUL OBJECTIVES AND REALISTIC BUDGETS. THEY MUST ALSO DEMONSTRATE COMPETENT LEADERSHIP AND PROVIDE FOR PERIODIC EVALUATION OF THEIR PROGRAMS.
