THE MATTOON CHAMBER OF COMMERCE, TRUSTEE, PUBLICIZES IN THE LOCAL NEWSPAPER THAT APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED FROM INTERESTED GRANT RECIPIENTS. THE ORGANIZATIONS MUST CALL THE CHAMBER TO RECEIVE AN APPLICATION. THE ORGANIZATIONS MUST PROVIDE WITH THEIR APPLICATION A COPY OF THEIR LETTER OF TAX-EXEMPT STATUS UNDER SECTION 501(C)(3).
