A DEPENDENT INCLUDES CHILD OR SPOUSE WHO IS CHIEFLY DEPENDENT ON THE MEMBER WHO DIED OR WAS DISABLED. MUST BE REGISTERED TO VOTE IN HIS OR HER STATE OF RESIDENCE. HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATE OR CURRENTLY SENIOR IN HIGH SCHOOL AND ABOUT TO COMPLETE SENIOR YEAR, OR PRESENTLY ATTENDING ANY ACCREDITED COLLEGE, UNIVERSITY OR VOCATIONAL SCHOOL MEETING PASSING CRITERIA FOR THAT INSTITUTION.
