Subsequently, Dunham Foundation received the Federal income tax exemption letter dated May 21, 2020 effective as of July 1, 2019. The Board members and officers of each organization are the same, as is the mailing address. The mission of Dunham Foundation is the same as Dunham Fund.Please see related attached statement regarding the distribution.
