All net assets have been distributed to Dunham Foundation as described below.Dunham Foundation was incorporated on July 1, 2019 after receipt of a Court Order from the Circuit Court of the Sixteenth Judicial Circuit, Kane County, Illinois dated June 28, 2019. Subsequently, Dunham Foundation received the Federal income tax exemption letter dated May 21, 2020 effective as of July 1, 2019. The Board members and officers of each organization are the same, as is the mailing address. The mission of Dunham Foundation is the same as Dunham Fund.Please see related attached statement regarding the distribution.
