IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITS GOVERNING TRUST INSTRUMENT, PLAN FOUNDATION'S PURPOSE IS TO MAKE CHARITABLE GRANTS TO ORGANIZATIONS DESCRIBED IN SECTION 509(A)(1) , (2) AND (3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE. THE TRUSTEES OF THE TRUST WILL CONSIDER GRANT APPLICATIONS FROM ANY OF THE AFOREMENTIONED ORGANIZATIONS AND WILL MAKE DISTRIBUTIONS WHICH, IN THE OPINION OF THE TRUSTEES, BEST FULFILL THE OBJECTIVES OF THE TRUST. INQUIRIES AND APPLICATIONS FOR THE PLAN FOUNDATION SHOULD BE IN WRITING ADDRESSED TO THE TRUSTEES AT THE ABOVE ADDRESS. APPLICATIONS SHOULD INCLUDE EVIDENCE THAT THE ORGANIZATION IS TAX EXEMPT UNDER THE ABOVE-MENTIONED INTERNAL REVENUE CODE SECTION.
