Funds cannot be used to carry on propaganda or attempt to influence legislation, to influence the outcome of any public election or to carry on in any way a voter registration drive, or to undertake any activity for non-charitable purposes.The foundation has two primary areas of interest: education and conservation. Support of education and conservation focus on efforts in developing countries. Education grants have been made in the form of donations to public schools for scholarships. Conservation funding has focused on new and innovative projects with an attempt to partner with established organizations such as Nature Conservancy.
