The Nolan Family Foundation has paid out all of its assets to charitable organizations it has no liabilities and the directors have decided the entity is no longer needed for its charitable purposes. The entity has provided notice to the Minnesota AG's office and after review the AGO has responded that it does not currently intend to intervene with respect to the proposed action. There are no additional distributions to be made other than those reported in line 25 of Part I. The organization is voluntarily terminating its 507a1 status. The final charitable distribution was made via a cash wire to the Minneapolis Heart Institute Foundation on 12 13 2023 in the amount of $958,000. The final expenditure payment of $1,365 was made on 12 20 2023 for consulting expenses. All contributions made are listed along with donee addresses in Part XIV.
