KAREN FERNOW, AN INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR, SUBMITS PROPOSALS TO ASSIST ORGANIZATIONS WITH GRANT WRITING SERVICES AND TRAINING, ADMINISTRATIVE TRAINING AND OTHER FUND RAISING ACTIVITIES ON BEHALF OF THE 501(C)(3) ORGANIZATION. THUS SHE IS PAID TO PROVIDE SERVICES TO QUALIFIED CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS WHEREBY GREATER BENEFIT IS DERIVED BY THE CHARITY THAN MERELY RECEIVING A CASH GRANT EQUAL TO HER COMPENSATION. EACH ORGANIZATION SO BENEFITED MUST SUBMIT A "REPORT CARD" TO THE FOUNDATION ESTIMATING THE OF THE VALUE OF THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE FOUNDATION OR THE RESULTS ACHIEVED.
