Application form to be submitted to Lincoln savings Bank along with high school transcript, results of college entrance exam(s)and written references from a member of the faculty at Gladbrook-Reinbeck High School and one non-related resident of the Gladbrook-Reinbeck Community School District.
Restrictions
Be a member of the current graduation class or past graduate of the Gladbrook-Reinbeck High School and must have plans to major in medicine, pharmacy, nursing, dentistry, or any of the other medical arts. Recipient(s) will be selected based upon need, general character, and probability of success. Applicant's scholarship record and record of achievement shall be considered in making the award.
