A grant was made on November 22,2023 to the following recipient. Fidelity Charitable (Janet Burros Memorial Foundation, Giving Account a donor advised fund at Fidelity Charitable) PO BOX 770001 CINCINNATI, OH 45277 3. $16,980 to Ernst & Young LLP for accounting fees related to the filing of Form 990-PF, paid on December 7, 2023 Ernst & Young LLP One Manhattan West New York, NY 10001 4. $5,630 to Withers Bergman LLP in connection with the legal services related to the dissolution of Janet Burros Memorial Foundation December 14, 2023.
