How to Apply THE FOUNDATION WILL SUPPORT GRANTS SUBMITTED BY ORGANIZATIONS FROM CENTRAL OR SOUTH AMERICA,AFRICA OR OUTSIDE THE U.S., IF THEY ARE THE EQUIVALENT OF A 501(C)(3) CHARITY. THE ORGANIZATION MAY CONTACT DARLENE SPAULDING AT 210-835-5715 OR BY E MAIL AT SPAULDING.DARLENE@GMAIL.COM. THE FOUNDATION WILL ONLY SUPPORT CHARITIES THAT ARE CHRISTIAN SCHOOLS OR CHURCHES,ORPHANAGES, CHILD WELFARE AGENCIES OR OTHER ORGANIZATIONS THAT PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIPS FOR ORPHANS OR ECONOMICALLY CHALLENGED YOUTH.THE ORGANIZATION SHOULD CONTACT FCL AND A REPRESENTATIVE WILL VISIT THE ORGANIZATION. FCL WILL THEN SEND AN AFFADAVIT PACKET TO THE GRANTEE TO FILL OUT AND RETURN ALONG WITH AN ITEMIZED BUDGET FOR THE GRANT. THE PACKET WILL THEN BE REVIEWED BY THE BOARD FOR APPROVAL AND IF APPROVED A GRANT AGREEMENT WILL BE EXECUTED.
