During this tax year, the Foundation paid grants in anamount representing more than 25% of the Foundation's net assets of $171,436(asmeasured by fair market value) at the beginning of the Foundation's taxable yearending December 31, 2019. Although the Foundation technically experienced a"substantial contraction," it will continue in existence and has no plans fordissolution.
