On December 31, 2020, the Board of Whole Cities Foundation (the "Filer") unanimously agreed to enter into an agreement providing for the transfer of operations, assets, and liabilities from the Filer to Whole Kids Foundation (EIN: 45-1761682). Whole Kids Foundation has a mission and activities similar to the Filer as they "increase access and consumption of fresh, nutritious, whole foods in schools and at home, and encourages community action and support to model and teach healthy choices." The Filer's mission will continue through Whole Kids Foundation to support programs focusing on long-term food access while minimizing administrative costs. On January 1, 2021, the Whole Cities Foundation entered into a 507(b)(2) transfer in which it transferred all of it's operations, assets, and liabilities to Whole Kids Foundation (EIN: 45-1761682). On January 2, 2021 the Whole Cities Foundation filed for dissolution.
