SUCH CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS MUST BE NON-FOR-PROFIT WITH A VALID TAX EXEMPTION STATUS UNDER SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE, AND MUST BE CLASSIFIED AS PUBLIC CHARITIES UNDER SECTIONS 509(A)(1) OR 509(A)(2) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE.
