ALL ASSETS OF ACCLIVITY FUND WERE TRANSFERRED INTO THE FILING ORGANIZATION. THE KRFRENCH FAMILY FOUNDATION WILL CONTINUE ITS PURPOSES OF SUPPORTING ORGANIZATIONS THAT TRANSFORM THE LIVES OF VULNERABLE, DISADVANTAGED, OR DISPLACED PERSONS THROUGH PROVISION OF EDUCATION, MEDICAL CARE, RELOCATION SERVICES AND OTHER ASSISTANCE.
