Due to, among other things, the pandemic, the Foundation ceased operating in 2023 and dissolved as a matter of Delaware state law effective as of December 31, 2023. The information required by General Instruction T is attached to the return. At the time when the Foundation ceased operating, the only asset on hand consisted of 73 in a checking account at Wells Fargo Bank, NA. Wells Fargo Bank NA deducted 10 a month in banking fees from and out of the checking account until the account no longer had any money in it and it was closed with a zero balance.
