I have been working with the IRS on abatement of penalties for the 2023 filing since September 2024. while this has been going on I lost track of the fact that another filing was due. In speaking to the IRS this week I was reminded that the 2024 filing was overdue and I have been working on it ever since. In fact I found that I had to amend the 2023 filing while working on 2024
