If you do not submit the required information your application will not be considered by the OAPABA Foundation.Completed applications must be emailed to OAPABA Foundation.The subject header for the electronic mail submission should read OAPABA Foundation Scholarship Application. As a part of the email message please indicate your availability to attend the OAPABA Gala Dinner in downtown Portland Oregon in the event you are selected as the winner of the scholarship.
