This private foundation is terminating because we have spent the entirety of our funds towards our charitable purpose and do not wish to raise further funds. No assets are remaining. No assets were distributed to any individuals or organizations. Funds were merely spend in accordance with our by-laws and 501c3 status until no funds remained. The reason behind these actions is because our foundation was a PTO for a school that changed names and a new public charity PTO was created to provide the same type of charitable work that we provided to the previous school.
