Taxpayers small size makes it administratively inconvenient to effectively continue its mission. It unanimously decided to contribute all its remaining assets, approx. 26,000, to Cornerstone Charitable Foundation, a 501c3 public charity encompassing its charitable and educational mission and meeting Code Section 507b1 requirements and in existence well over 60 months.
