A MINIMUM OF 50% OF THE DISTRIBUTIONS MUST BE MADE TO CHARITABLE ENTITES IN THE GEOGRAPHICAL AREAS OF NORTHEAST KANSAS, WITH THE PRIMARY EMPHASIS ON ORGANIZATIONS IN ATCHISON COUNTY, KANSAS, AND ITS ENVIRONS. THE DONATIONS MUST BE USED TO PROMOTE LEADERSHIP, EDUCATION, RELIGIOUS, SCIENTIFIC, LITERARY OR CHARITABLE PURPOSES.
