Personal Statement as follows: 2a. 3/4 of a page in simple form, about personal background and history, including family situation and relationships 2b. 1/2 page on academic history to date 2c. 1/2 page on academic goals for the future3. Projected budget for the upcoming academic year4. Summary of all outstanding student loans to date, organized by year and source5. Photo of the applicant6. Most recent income tax return (if dependent, need to submit parents' return)7. Copy of transcripts from high school, junior college and/or college8. Proof of intent to be enrolled as a full-time student for upcoming academic year9. Personal interview and meeting with Trustees
Restrictions
1. The candidate shall have completed and graduated from an accredited high school;2. The scholarship shall be used for college or post-college education;3. One or both of the candidate's parents are deceased; or the parents of the candidate are divorced or separated, and neither parent has the financial ability to provide further education of the candidate;4. One or both of the candidate's parents are of Jewish ancestry (defined as either parent of the Jewish faith or having converted to the Jewish faith);5. The candidate must have maintained the equivalent of a 3.0 or B GPA in high school or college;6. The candidate must lack adequate funds from other sources for their support and education requirements;7. The candidate must be a citizen of the United States, or have a pending application.
