THE FOUNDATION AWARDS GRANTS TO TAX-EXEMPT ORGANIZATIONS THAT SERVE INDIVIDUALS IN EASTERN PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY, LORTON, NORTH STAFFORD IN VIRGINIA. PROJECTS MUST WORK TOWARD IMPROVING THE HEALTH OF THE COMMUNITY. PROJECTS ARE FUNDED FOR A 12 MONTH PERIOD. THE FOUNDATION DOES NOT FUND SPONSORSHIPS, INCLUDING FUNDRAISING EVENTS, ENDOWMENTS, LOBBYING, DIRECT SUPPORT TO INDIVIDUALS, PROGRAMS OF RELIGIOUS, FRATERNAL, ATHLETIC, OR VETERANS GROUPS WHEN THE PRIMARY BENEFICIARIES OF SUCH UNDERTAKINGS WOULD BE THEIR MEMBERS EXCLUSIVELY, GRANTS TO RETIRE ANY FORM OF DEBT, SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH GRANTS, AND INDIRECT COST PERCENTAGES.
