THE TRUSTEES OF WRIGHT FAMILY FOUNDATION EXPRESSED THEIR INTENTION TO CLOSE OUT THE INDEPENDENT OPERATIONS OF THE FOUNDATION PRIOR TO THE CLOSE OF 2022, AND TO SHIFT ALL OF THE FOUNDATION'S INVESTMENT ASSETS TO THE ROBERT W DEUTSCH FOUNDATION. THE DIRECTORS OF THE DEUTSCH FOUNDATION AGREED TO SUPPORT THIS PLAN BY ACCEPTING THE GIFT OF ASSETS INTO THE DEUTSCH FOUNDATION AND ESTABLISHING THE WRIGHT FAMILY FUND AS AN OPERATING COMPONENT OF THE DEUTSCH FOUNDATION. AS OF DECEMBER 15, 2022, THE WRIGHT FAMILY FOUNDATION COMPLETED THE TRANSFER OF ALL ITS ASSETS TO THE ROBERT W DEUTSCH FOUNDATION AND IS NOW CONDUCTING ITS GRANTMAKING ACTIVITIES WITHIN THE DEUTSCH FOUNDATION. EFFECTIVE NOVEMBER 15, 2022, THE FOUNDATION'S EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS WERE TRANSITIONED TO BE EMPLOYED BY THE DEUTSCH FOUNDATION. THE WRIGHT FAMILY FOUNDATION CEASED OPERATION AND TERMINATED ITS PRIVATE FOUNDATION STATUS EFFECTIVE DECEMBER 31, 2022.
