ENTRANTS MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD AND NOT ENROLLED OR FINISHING WORK IN A DEGREE-GRANTING PROGRAM, AND MUST NOT HAVE RECEIVED AN ADVANCED LEVEL OF RECOGNITION FOR THEIR WORK.
