THE FOLLOWING RESTRICTIONS APPLY TO APPLICANTS: - APPLICANTS MUST BE AN IRS-RECOGNIZED 501(C)(3) TAX-EXEMPT, NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION IN GOOD STANDING, OR A PUBLIC AGENCY SPECIFICALLY SERVING THE RESIDENTS OF THE FUNDING AREA. - APPLICANTS APPLYING IN MONTGOMERY COUNTY, MD, MUST HAVE AN ANNUAL OPERATING BUDGET OF $750,000 OR LESS AND BE BASED IN MONTGOMERY COUNTY, MD. - APPLICANTS APPLYING IN SUSSEX COUNTY, DE, MUST HAVE AN ANNUAL OPERATING BUDGET OF $500,000 OR LESS AND BE BASED IN SUSSEX COUNTY, DE.
