About

Dear IRS This submission responds to IRS Ltr 2697C refer to 0422604607 with printed date June 11, 2025 that we received on June 23, 2025. So this response and electronic filing is being done the day after receipt of the IRS letter. Our reasonable cause explanation for paper/mail filing is that the CPA firm which had prepared our 990PF in prior years terminated its service to us and other area clients and moved out of the area. I am a senior citizen and did not know how to complete the electronic filing while dealing with difficult family issues. After receiving the letter returning our filing, I was able to gain meaningful guidance on how to complete the electronic filing. Going forward, we will abide by the electronic filing process. We respectfully request your understanding and forebearance so we can devote this trusts resources to public support through charitable granting. If you require additional information, kindly contact me at timesqlawbloomington.com or 309/828-7600. Thank you for your consideration.
