THE CHASDREW FUND AND OAKPOINT CHARITABLE FOUNDATION HAVE COMMON BOARD MEMBERS AND THEREFORE HAS ELECTED TO TRANSFER THE REMAINING EXCESS DISTRIBUTION REPORTED ON CHASDREW'S 2018 TAX RETURN IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,556,233 TO OAKPOINT CHARITABLE FOUNDATION.
