About

In early 2023, both trustees were hospitalized for extended periods of time due to extremely poor heath, including multiple infections by COVID. Both trustees spent a substantial amount of time in hospitals, rehab centers and assisted living facilities. Joseph Jacobs was diagnosed with dementia, which prohibited him from effectively administering the foundation. As a result, multiple planned contributions were not made.Accordingly, we respectfully request a waiver of all penalties.
