About

Tax preparer relied on the fact that they attempted to file an extension online. Unfortunatly, due to circumstances beyond our control we were not able to get the extension submitted by 11/15/22 electronically. We were further delayed in paying the taxes due on Form 4720 due to banks being closed for weather. We would appreciate your kind attention to this matter and request the removal of all penalties for failure to file an extension.
