How to Apply
The Foundation has developed a form to be used to obtain basic information about the potential grantees. The application must be completed and received by dates which will be agreed upon in advance by the Foundation, but normally, in no event later than two (2) months prior to the date the potential grantee will begin such studies.
Restrictions
The Scholarship shall be paid by the Foundation directly to the grantees choice of institution or to a prepaid college savings plan and will be designated to pay for tuition, room and board, and other fees and costs associated with the grantee's attendance.
