DURING THE CURRENT FISCAL FILING PERIOD, THE BOARD OF THE WEBB FAMILY FOUNDATION, INC. DECIDED TO SPLIT THE FOUNDATION INTO TWO SEPARATE FOUNDATIONS. WAS FORMED AND RECEIVED IRS EXEMPTION STATUS ON MAY 24, 2022. INVESTMENT ASSETS CONSISTING OF STOCK SHARES, WERE TRANSFERRED TO THE WEBB LARSON FAMILY FOUNDATION, INC. ON FEBRUARY 23, 2023. THE COST BASIS OF THE STOCKS TRANSFERRED ON FEBRUARY 23, 2023 WAS $677,641.16. THE FAIR MARKET VALUE OF THE STOCKS TRANSFERRED ON FEBRUARY 23, 2023 WAS $769,695.25. A LIST OF STOCK SHARES TRANSFERRED IS ATTACHED. A COPY OF THE ACCOUNT STATEMENT SHOWING THE TRANSFER TO THE WEBB LARSON FAMILY FOUNDATION, INC. IS ATTACHED.
