About

THE FOUNDATION'S ORIGINAL PURPOSE WAS TO DISTRIBUTE AID TO RESIDENTS OF NICARAGUA WHO FELL VICTIM FROM NATURAL DISASTERS. THE FOUNDATION HAD UTILIZED MOST OF ITS ASSETS IN PRIOR YEARS. WITH LITTLE FUNDS TO CONTINUE THEIR GOOD WORKS, IT WAS DECIDED TO LIQUIDATE THE FOUNDATION IN 2023. FINAL EXPENSES WERE PAID AND FINAL CHARITABLE DISTRIUBTIONS WERE MADE IN 2023. THERE ARE NO REMAINING ASSETS AND NO FUTURE ACTIVITY WILL OCCUR.
