I attempted to file the Form 8868, Extension in a timely manner - with COVID 19 delays - but it was not accepted. I had assumed that it was accepted, and therefore did not check the status until I filed another return in the first part of September at which time I found out that it had not been filed. PLEASE forgive the late filing penalties We are a small non-profit that distributes all of the income that we receive. No officers or trustees are paid. Postage comes out of our pockets. The only expenses that we normally have are the Secretary of State Annual Filing Fee. Thank you for your consideration.
