Restrictions
SCHOLARSHIPS ARE RESTRICTED TO ACCREDITED UNIVERSITY OR TRADE SCHOOL. RECIPIENTS ARE EMPLOYEES AND FAMILY MEMBERS OF EMPLOYEES OF E MCILHENNY'S SON CORPORATION BASED ON MERIT. THE SCHOLARSHIPS WILL BE WRITTEN AGREEMENTS REQUIRING THE FUNDS TO BE USED SOLELY FOR TUITION AND RELATED EXPENSES. EACH SCHOLARSHIP GRANT WILL BE FOR ONE ACADEMIC YEAR WITH THE POSSIBILITY OF RENEWAL EACH SUCCEEDING YEAR BASED UPON CONTINUED ENROLLMENT AND SATISFACTORY ACADEMIC PROGRESS. QUALIFIED RECIPIENTS WILL BE SELECTED BY AN UNBIASED, OBJECTIVE COMMITTEE COMPLETELY INDEPENDENT OF THE FOUNDATION AND THE COMPANY.
