Restrictions THE INCOME OF THE FOUNDATION WILL BE USED TO FUND THE PROJECTS THAT BENEFIT THE INHABITANTS OF FOUR EASTERN COUNTIES IN COLORADO, FIVE COUNTIES IN KANSAS AND ONE COUNTY IN OKLAHOMA. THE DIRECTORS OF THE FOUNDATION WILL MAKE DISTRIBUTIONS WHICH WILL ENHANCE FACILITIES AND WHICH WILL SUPPORT PROGRAMS IN THOSE TEN COUNTIES. DISTRIBUTIONS WILL BE MADE AS DESCRIBED IN SECTION 107(B)(1)(A) OF THE IRC.
