THESE GRANTS WILL LIQUIDATE ALL FUNDS OWNED BY THE ORGANIZATION. ALL REMAINING PROPERTY AND ASSETS OF THE CORPORATION HAVE BEEN TRANSFERRED, CONVEYED OR DISTRIBUTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE TEXAS NONPROFIT CORPORATION ACT.
