How to Apply
Latah County Library District Director presents a request to the board at one of our quarterly meetings and then we vote on them. Historically, there has been a brief written statement along with any relevant cost estimates.
Restrictions
The amount is restricted to a % of the endowment's balance as of July 1 of each year as outlined in our by-laws (the percent varies as the endowment balance increases or decreases). All distributions must benefit one or more of the 7 branch libraries that comprise the Latah County Library District.
