Restrictions Ln 2 (d) Foundation does not grant scholarships directly to the students. All grants will be made directly to educational institutions, St.. John's College and Chundikuly Girls College, both in Jaffna, Sri Lanka. The grants may be used by the schools for purposes that will enhance the education of its students including the granting by the schools of students' scholarships. The students eligible to receive the scholarships and the amount of the scholarships will be determined solely and exclusively by the educational institutions.There are NO restrictions except that as the purpose of the Foundation are being carried out by making grants to two schools and the students eligible for these grants are students at these two schools. But the Foundation has an option to fund other educational institutions and charities in the future.
