Restrictions GRANTS ARE MADE ANNUALLY TO EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS FOR THE OPERATION OF THE FOUNDATION'S SIGNATURE DECATS SUMMER PROGRAMS FOR GIFTED ELEMENTARY AND MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENTS. FUNDING IS FOR THREE-WEEK DECATS SUMMER PROGRAMS ONLY. STUDENTS MAY ATTEND ONLY ONE SUMMER PROGRAM PER YEAR FUNDED BY THE DEBUSK FOUNDATION TO ALLOW AS MANY GIFTED STUDENTS AS POSSIBLE TO BENEFIT FROM THE FUNDING. FUNDED PROGRAMS ARE REQUIRED TO IMPLEMENT DEBUSK FOUNDATION'S DECATS CORE CURRICULUM AS A CENTRAL TENET OF THE DECATS PROGRAM.
