About

The foundation made Application for Advance Approval of Scholarship Procedures, Form 8940, on December 27, 2018 (copy of Approval attached). The Foundation makes grants to universities, medical reseach institutions, and other entities with medical research excpertise focused on research toward the causes, treatment, and prevention of Toxicant-Induced Loss of Tolerance ("TILT"). The Foundation desires to be able to, from time to time, provide grants to individuals related to its scientific research initiative to provide the recipients (researchers working in the area of TILT) the opportunity to attend workshops, symposiums, etc., to further the Foundation's focus of supporting research related to TILT. Individual grants are anticipated to support such activities (e.g., travel costs to attend a symposium). Application was filed more than 45 days prior to making any such payments.
