How to Apply Grant application should be made with the Foundation's grant application form that is available on the Foundation's web site www.priddyfdn.org. The following information should be submitted with the completed grant application: 1. Copy of the requesting organization's 501(c)(3) tax-exempt letter from the IRS. 2. A list of officers and directors. 3. A detailed project budget that includes administration costs, salaries, projected overhead expenses, etc. 4. A copy of the organization's most recent audit. 5. Latest financial statements.
Restrictions Organizations receiving grants must be tax-exempt 501(c)(3) entities. The primary grant categories are human services, education and the arts and health. The Foundation's service area encompasses 18 counties in North Texas and 6 counties in southern Oklahoma.
