Preference will be given to grant requests from eligible organizations in the Houston-Galveston area; particularly in the area of Gay Rights and organizations which provide services to individuals infected and affected by HIV and AIDS. Grants outside of the area will only be to national organizations of the highest caliber. NO Grants will be given to or for the following purposes:A.
